Applied Behavior Analysis

Individual Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services are available year-round at the center for those whose skills and needs are best addressed one-on-one or in small groups with one-on-one support. The skills we focus on during ABA services stretch across a wide array of domains but commonly include:

  • Imitation
  • Functional Language (e.g., making requests, identification of common environmental objects)
  • Activities of Daily Living (e.g., toilet training, tooth brushing, dressing)
  • Individual Social Skills (e.g., eye contact and greetings)
  • Reduction of challenging behavior (e.g., aggression, property destruction)
